Give the Gift of Career Success

Tools Fund

It goes without saying that tools—from hammers and tape measures to personal safety equipment and power drills—are essential elements of all careers in the construction trades. Owning one’s own set of tools is often a prerequisite for employment in the trades.

Donations to the Academy’s Tools Fund help us supply our program graduates with the tools they need to begin their careers in the construction trades.

Suggested Amount:

$25

Safety equipment for one student: hard hat, safety vest, goggles, and ear plugs.

$250

One starter toolkit that a student will receive upon receiving a job after graduation from our Construction Skills Bootcamp.

Scholarships Fund

Workforce development programs, including those offered at the Academy, can be expensive. At a time when the construction industry is facing an unprecedented labor shortage, we need to do all we can to ensure that Academy training programs are not cost-prohibitive.

Donations to the Academy’s Scholarships Fund support low-income students’ program tuition so they can get trained, get to work, and start building Colorado.
