We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to be a part of our maintenance team to work across our Denver portfolio. If you are a person who takes great pride in every aspect of your work, then this essential position is perfect for you.

Candidates should possess the skills and abilities to perform the following tasks:

• Patching, Texturing, & Painting Walls
• Light Electrical (light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, outlets, etc.)
• Light Plumbing (Toilet repairs, drain line repairs, faucet replacements and repairs, etc.)
• Door repairs and replacement

Candidates must also possess the following skills:

• Good verbal, written, and communication skills a must.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, while remaining team oriented
• Flexibility to be on call and occasionally work weekends and nights if necessary
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information
• Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
• Well organized, detail oriented with ability to prioritize
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Basic computer and Internet knowledge
