You will coordinate the closing process for homebuyers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all purchase documents and closing dates. You are responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of contracts from beginning to end.

Responsibilities and Duties:
You will coordinate the closing process for homebuyers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all purchase documents and closing dates. You are responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of contracts from beginning to end.
You will:
- Attend closings at scheduled times
- Review Closing Disclosure & contracts prior to closing ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate daily with lenders, sales team, home buyers, and title companies
- Prepare seller documents ensuring accuracy on the files
- Schedule closings to coordinate with Oakwood, Title, buyers and lender schedules
- Process contracts into KOVA; updating closing logs, and ensuring initial file is complete and accepted by Sales in KOVA
- Ensure check copies are made and to Accounting within 48 hours
- Perform related projects as assigned
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications:
- 2 years in an office environment, working in a customer service role
- A desire to learn
- Experience providing business support in a busy environment
- Ability to accurately enter data while maintaining confidentiality as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
You Might Also Have:
- Experience working independently while carrying out assignments based on instructions given
- 1-2 years of closing experience
