Who We Are:

Perks Deconstruction takes a surgical approach to demolition in order to salvage and recycle
building materials. We dismantle and divert full houses, kitchen/baths, garages, and commercial
spaces from the landfill. Oftentimes, we donate the materials to non-profits. We do business
differently. We are the cleanest subcontractor on the jobsite and are driven by our passion to
increase the reuse culture in Colorado. 40% of Colorado landfills consist of construction and
demolition debris and we believe deconstruction to be a critical tool for reducing that number.

CORE COMPANY VALUES:

  • Sustainability: We approach every job with a salvage first mentality.
  • Collaboration: We work with a number of stakeholders from architects/structural
engineers who spec materials, to homeowners to manufacturers to develop
    end-markets for reused materials etc.
  • Golden Rule: We treat others how we would want to be treated, with integrity and
    respect.
  • Challenge the status quo: We continue to innovate ways to reuse demolition debris and
don’t accept traditional “scrape” and re-build mentality
  • Communication: We value honest and up-front communication amongst our team
    members and with our clients.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

  • $55,000-$70,000 starting salary and company vehicle to drive to jobsites
  • Performance bonus potential: $20,000
  • 80 hrs paid vacation
  • 8 paid holidays
  • Health Care Insurance: We pay up to 75% of premium of Anthem Silver
