Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations
• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked installation van
• Maintain job related paperwork
• Attend company paid training classes and maintain On Job Learning forms for personal growth

Job Skills/Expectations

• Must be able to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Technicians are exposed to safety hazards throughout the day and will respect those conditions by wearing appropriate provided PPE.
• Technicians should have good mechanical fundamentals and be comfortable working with machines and electrical components.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts and work in tight conditions such as attics and crawl spaces at times.
• Technicians will be expected to work efficiently while onsite.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
