The Inside Sales Counselor is a direct link to Oakwood Homes outside sales team and fields web leads, phone and realtor inquiries and leads with the intention of converting them to an on-site qualified appointment. 

Position: Inside Sales Counselor

Location: Denver, CO

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Inside Sales Counselor is a direct link to Oakwood Homes outside sales team and fields web leads, phone and realtor inquiries and leads with the intention of converting them to an on-site qualified appointment.

You will:

  • Answers inbound calls and follows-up on web leads to best help prospects find a New Oakwood Home.
  • Sourcing new sales leads
  • Converts qualified contacts into sales appointments on-site by utilizing the sales “road map”.
  • Accurately tracks all Inside Sales leads in KOVA system and Outlook Calendar.
  • Maintains the Denver MLS system by accurately imputing all available inventory homes and models as they come. available.  Responsible for accurately reporting MLS sales in a timely matter.
  • Manages the KOVA External Market report to ensure that all available inventory is reporting and creates an inventory sheet based on the information to send to realtor community.
  • Concierge team to promote new communities
  • Helps staff LIVE CHAT for CO inbounds contacts.
  • Attends all Sales Meetings and related events.
  • Work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
