Position: Yard and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Yard & Logistics Coordinator to support our manufacturing and fi eld operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth yard operations, material handling, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes ownership of logistics and inventory management. Responsibilities:

• Oversee yard operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage material consumption and purchase order (PO) receiving, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Own inventory transactions and counts, maintaining real-time stock accuracy.
• Track and verify team hours, assisting with workforce coordination.
• Prepare customer and internal orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate and oversee forklift operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with the Supply Chain Manager and operations team.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, maintaining a well-organized yard.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving (preferred experience in a lumber yard or building materials industry).
• Experience using ERP systems such as Acumatica or similar.
• Forklift certifi cation or experience operating forklifts.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and lift 50+ pounds as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Experience in truss, wall-panel, or building component manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role managing yard workers or drivers.

We are focused on increasing access to high-quality housing by using design, technology, and Swedish-inspired panelized off-site construction. We design, manufacture, and assemble framing components using a panelized construction system. Depending on project needs, panels are delivered to site with framing/sheathing and WRB pre-installed. We are based in Denver, where we operate a 20,000sf digitally-enabled manufacturing facility, and are working with a variety of leading local builders and developers.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

• $60K-$65K/year
