Position: Installation Apprentice

Location: Littleton, CO

Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Overview:

We’re on the lookout for an installation apprentice. We’re not just seeking someone to fill a role – we want a true team player who shares our passion for quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Someone with experience in carpentry, remodeling, and construction, basic knowledge or power tools, hand tools, and building / construction materials.

Someone who conducts themselves in accordance with our core values at all times.

Duties:

Assist the crew lead with the installation of windows and doors:

• Careful demolition or existing windows, doors, and trim
• Calculated setting of windows and doors to existing opening
• Caulking, taping, and foaming
• Precise measuring, cutting, and placement and interior and exterior trim
• Constant care for customer’s home and site cleanliness
• Practice safety measures at all times

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience in construction-related tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Capable vehicle for commuting to Littleton and surrounding cities/counties. Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Smart phone required for employee time tracking

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

$22.50 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
