Position: Equipment Operator

Location: Denver, CO

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking for motivated and dependable Equipment Operators to join our construction team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals interested in operating heavy machinery, including tractors and earth-moving equipment. No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided!

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications:

• Operate heavy machinery, including tractors and earth-moving equipment.
• Assist with grading, excavation, and material transport on job sites.
• Follow safety guidelines and equipment operating procedures.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Work in various outdoor conditions and construction environments.

Education and Experience:

• Willingness to learn how to safely operate heavy machinery.
• Ability to use a tractor and earth-moving equipment (training provided).
• Must be physically capable of handling construction site tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

• $25.00/hour (minimum)
